Entree Options
1)8oz. Filet Mignon (dry hickory rubbed,grilled,) served with
fresh green beans almondine and mashed red russet potatoes with a hint of garlic.
2)Surf and Turf: 4oz. Filet Mignon and 5oz. lobster tail with drawn butter served with
fresh green beans almondine and mashed red russet potatoes with a hint of garlic.
3)Turf and Prawn: 4 oz. Filet Mignon and shrimp scampi served with green beans
almondine and mashed red russet potatoes with hint of garlic.
4) Shrimp scampi served with green beans almondine and rice pilaf.
5) Chicken Divine (poached chicken breast served with a
trinity cream sauce and a hint of white wine) green
beans almondine and rice pilaf.
6) Kids Options: For those picky eaters, we will have hotdogs and hamburgers!
